Pork Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground pork
    1/2 lb. hamburg
    5 potatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Cook
    potatoes
    and
    onion
    in
    very little water until partly cooked.
    Put
    meat
    on
    top
    and
    do not mix in.
    Cook slowly for
    about 1 hour.
    Add salt and pepper while cooking. Drain excess juice and mash together.
    Season to taste, adding cloves and a little poultry seasoning.
    Add a little seasoned bread crumbs
    to hold
    together.
    Place
    mixing
    unbaked
    pie shell. Cover with top crust and
    bake
    at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until crust is baked.
