Easy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler-fryer chicken (2 to 3 lb.), cut up
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces in a baking dish.
    Combine soup, milk and half of the cheese; pour over chicken.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top; bake 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
