Pineapple-Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
    1 c. nuts or raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add oil, sugar and flavorings.
    Beat until foamy. Stir in zucchini and drained pineapple.
    Combine remaining ingredients and blend well.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans and divide batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
