Rhoda'S Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. hot beef drippings
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt.
    Mix eggs and milk briefly.
    Combine both mixtures in blender for 3 to 5 seconds, just until mixed.
    (May mix by hand.)
    Pour hot beef drippings in pan.
    Pour mix on top. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
