Concord Grape Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. concord grapes
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Slip skins from grapes.
    Bring pulp to boiling; press through sieve to remove seeds; add skins.
    Mix sugar, flour and salt.
    Add to grapes; fill 9-inch pastry-lined pie pan, dot with small pieces of butter.
    Cover with lattice top crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
