Italian Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, cooked and cooled
    1/3 c. Italian salad dressing
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. cucumber, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    fresh tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Peel and chop cooked potatoes.
    Place in a large bowl.
    Add dressing and toss to coat.
    Cover and chill for 2 hours.
    Add eggs, celery, onion, cucumbers and green peppers.
    Mix well.
    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and horseradish; mix well.
    Pour over potato mixture and toss.
    Chill at least 1 hour. Top with chopped tomatoes.
