Apricot Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can apricot halves
    6 pork chops (1 1/2 lb.)
    1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
    1/3 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Drain apricots, reserving 1/4 cup syrup.
    Set aside.
    Brown pork chops in skillet.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Stir in soup, sour cream, reserved syrup and green onions.
    Cover.
    Simmer 25 minutes or until done, stirring occasionally.
    Add apricots.
    Cook 5 more minutes.
    Serve with pasta.
    Serves 4.
