Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. ribs, cut in pieces
    1 lemon
    1 large onion
    1 c. catsup
    1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 dashes Tabasco sauce
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Place ribs in shallow pan, meaty side up.
    Toothpick slice of unpeeled lemon and slice of onion on each rib; roast in hot 450\u00b0 oven 30 minutes.
    Combine remaining ingredients; heat to boiling; pour over ribs; continue baking at about 350\u00b0 until tender, about 1 hour.
    Baste ribs with sauce every 15 minutes.
    Serve with hot biscuits!
