Jeanie'S Potato Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. fat-free sour cream
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. snipped chives
salt and pepper to taste
margarine or paprika
Preparation

Peel, cook and mash potatoes.
Add cream cheese, sour cream, margarine, salt and pepper to taste.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in chives.
Put mixture in casserole.
Dot with margarine or sprinkle with paprika.
Heat in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
