Pumpkin Dessert(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. egg substitute
    1 (16 oz.) can solid pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 (12 oz.) can lite Carnation milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Spray individual glass baking dishes with a no-stick cooking spray.
    Fill dishes with equal amounts of mixture and bake at 425\u00b0 until knife comes out clean. Less than 1 gram of fat per serving.
