Pork Chop And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 loin pork chops
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 small onion (wedges)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. apple juice
    1/2 tsp. sugar or substitute
    2 to 3 c. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    3 or 4 small potatoes, quartered
    1/4 tsp. caraway seeds (optional)
    1 medium apple, cored and cut in wedges
Preparation
    Flour chops and brown in oil.
    Remove from pan; set aside. Add next ingredients in same pan; mix gently together.
    Add potatoes; add chops on top.
    Cover and cook over medium heat. Simmer 30 minutes.\tAdd apple wedges and cook for 10 minutes or until apple and chops are tender.
