Potato Pierogi Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 lasagne noodles
instant mashed potatoes for 8 (reverse water and milk)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
onions, chopped
Preparation

Cook noodles.
Saute onions.
Make mashed potatoes and add cream cheese.
Layer noodles, then potatoes.
Put sauteed onions on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
