Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn (2 1/2 c.)
2 Tbsp. minced green peppers
1 Tbsp. minced pimentos, optional
1/4 c. minced onions
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

With the exception of the butter and approximately 1/4 c. of the cracker crumbs, mix all other ingredients in a well greased casserole dish.
Use balance of the cracker crumbs to top casserole and pour the butter over this.
Bake at 350 degrees approximately 45 minutes.
