Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chicken wings
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. Louisiana hot sauce
Preparation
    Split wings at the joint and throw away the tips.
    Fry wings in deep fryer until they are brown and crispy.
    In the microwave or in a small saucepan, melt together the butter and hot sauce. Pour the mixture over the cooked chicken wings and stir until all are coated.
    Serve with celery sticks and Blue Cheese dressing.
