Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter, softened
    4 to 5 medium tomatoes, peeled and sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 to 2 scallions, minced
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    2 Tbsp. fresh basil, minced
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, mix Bisquick, water and softened butter.
    Press into an 8 or 9-inch pie pan.
    Layer tomato slices over dough.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over tomatoes. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, scallions, parsley and basil. Spread mixture over cheese.
    Bake in lower half of oven for 30 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold.
