Liver Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, chopped
    6 to 8 strips bacon
    2 lb. liver
    1/2 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    1 pkg. soda crackers
Preparation
    Brown onions and bacon; drain.
    Flour liver and brown in bacon grease.
    Place in baking dish; top with bacon and onions.
    Add milk to bacon grease; stir until thickened.
    Pour over liver, onions and bacon.
    Melt butter; crumble crackers into butter.
    Add onto liver mixture in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
