Elvis Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
2 c. granulated sugar
1 medium can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Cream all ingredients (except nuts). Stir in nuts, then apply to cooled cake. This cake is better if allowed to sit in refrigerator for a day before serving.
