Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Fold liquid into dry mixture until blended.
Add 2 tablespoons melted butter.
Cook on grill.
Makes 18 large pancakes.
Batter looks thick and heavy, but pancakes are very light.
Serve with the best New York state maple syrup.
