Grits Casserole(Freezes Well, Before Or After Baking.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    1 1/2 c. grits
    1 lb. sharp cheese
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    3 tsp. savory salt (optional)
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 dashes Tabasco sauce
    garlic powder to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil; add grits.
    Stir in cheese which has been cut into pieces.
    Beat eggs; add to grits.
    Add margarine and all the remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Pour grits into a greased 3-quart casserole.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
