Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 yellow summer squash
    1 egg
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation
    Slice squash and onion. Boil until tender.
    Drain.
    In a large bowl, mix soup, egg, stuffing mix, salt and pepper.
    Mix well. Add squash and fold together.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cover with cheese. Bake until brown.
