Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. crackers
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Heinz ketchup
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
4 slices American cheese

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Place in loaf pan or baking dish. Top meat loaf with ketchup and brown.
