4 to 5 large onions, sliced in rings
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 can beef bouillon (10 3/4 oz.)
1 can chicken bouillon (10 3/4 oz.)
water
plain croutons
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Place sliced onions and butter in 2-quart casserole dish. Microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes, stirring once until onions are translucent.
Pour beef and chicken bouillon into 1-quart measuring cup and add water to make 1 quart.
Pour liquids over onions and microwave on High 5 to 8 minutes, until heated through.
Place soup in individual soup bowls.
Cover with croutons and place sliced cheese over top.
Microwave 3 to 5 minutes, until cheese melts. Rotate soup bowls at least once.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
