Ingredients

1 bunch carrots, sliced and boiled until tender and drained
1/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Cook until thickened and pour over cooked carrots.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Serves 6 or 7.
