3 c. self-rising cornmeal
1/2 c. oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
2 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 can corn
1/4 c. jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
