Party Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground beef
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. Tender Quick salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cracked peppercorns
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder or more to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 4 or 5 (2-inch) logs.
    Wrap each log separately in foil.
    Chill for 24 to 36 hours.
