Laisy Daisy Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk, boiled
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Beat eggs and gradually add sugar.
Sift together baking powder, salt and flour.
Add to egg mixture with vanilla; beat 2 minutes.
Add boiling milk in which butter or margarine is melted. Beat well.
Pour into two 8 x 8-inch pans or one 9 x 13-inch greased and floured cake pan(s).
Bake at 350\u00b0.
Bake 8 x 8-inch pans for 25 minutes; the 9 x 13-inch pan for 40 minutes or until cake tests done.
Do not remove from pan.
Cool 15 to 20 minutes.
