Baked Chicken Legs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 chicken legs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Dip chicken pieces in egg, then in cracker crumbs.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place chicken in casserole; dot with butter.
    Cover. Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until tender.
    Yields 8 servings.
