Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 stick butter
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can yellow whole kernel corn
2 Tbsp. water
chopped pimentos
1 c. precooked rice
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
-
Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender, not browned.
Add all ingredients, except cheese.
Put in baking dish; sprinkle cheese on top and bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
