Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. Rice Krispies, crushed
1 tsp. paprika
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 lb. chicken
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Place Rice Krispies (crushed) in shallow dish.
Stir in paprika.
In 2nd dish, beat egg and milk slightly.
Add flour, salt and pepper.
Mix until smooth.
Dip chicken in batter.
Coat with cereal.
Place in single layer in well-greased or foil lined pan.
Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
