Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 medium sweet green peppers, cored and seeded
    24 medium sweet red peppers, cored and seeded
    18 hot peppers, cored and seeded
    24 medium onions
    1 qt. vinegar
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salt
Preparation
    Put peppers and onions through medium blade of meat grinder. Turn into a large bowl.
    Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes.
    Drain well and turn into a large pot.
    Add vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Bring to a full rolling boil.
    Boil over medium heat for 10 minutes.
    Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal at once.
    Makes about 8 pints.
