Curry Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    thin pork chops
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt
    curry powder
    Worcestershire sauce
    ketchup
    onions
Preparation
    Wash pork chops.
    Rub with salt, pepper, garlic salt, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup on both sides.
    Layer pork chops with onions and wrap; let them marinate for 2 hours. In saucepan, saute onions and brown chops and then cover with water.
    Cook slowly for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    The juice from the pork chops will be a gravy that you can serve over rice.
