Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt.
    Make a depression in center of flour mixture.
    Beat egg and water together.
    Pour into center of flour mixture and work flour into the liquid with fork and then by hand to make stiff dough.
    Roll out thin on floured board.
    Cut part and let dry.
    Can be frozen.
    Cook in broth, about 1 hour.
