Shrimp And Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onions
    1/2 c. sweet pepper
    1/4 c. garlic
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 eggs
    1 c. white wine
    seasoned breadcrumbs
    Parmesan cheese
    4 pkg. dried shrimp
    1 squash
Preparation
    Parboil squash.
    Set aside; drain.
    Saute onions, sweet peppers and garlic in olive oil.
    Add hot pepper to taste.
    Add dried shrimp to squash.
    Add 3 eggs, 1 cup white wine and seasoned breadcrumbs.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
