Hot Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp (not canned), chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can tomatoes, drained
    2 lb. cream cheese
    3 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
    1 jar chives
    1 jar bell pepper flakes
Preparation
    Melt cream cheese in double boiler. Add shrimp, onion, tomatoes and jalapeno peppers. Heat for 1 hour. Add chives and bell pepper flakes. Serve in a chafing dish with crackers.
