Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh peaches, peeled, stoned and cut into crescent shaped slices
    1/4 to 1 c. sugar (depending on the sweetness of the fruit)
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. milk mixed with sugar (for glaze)
Preparation
    For pastry use your crust recipe.
