Ratatouille Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. ready-made pastry
    1 oz. butter
    6 oz. onions, sliced
    1 large green squash, sliced
    1 small yellow pepper, blanched and sliced
    1 small red pepper, blanched and sliced
    2 large eggs
    1/3 pt. milk
    5 oz. soft cheese
    2 oz. smoked Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Line a quiche pan with the pastry and bake empty for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Melt 1/2 of the butter in frying pan and cook onions for 5 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Transfer to quiche dish.
