No Crust Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 egg
    1/2 to 1 tsp. almond extract
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except Cool Whip in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended.
    Spoon into 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm or cool with a dollop of Cool Whip.
