Applesauce Bran Muffins(Makes 1 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-bran
1 1/2 c. applesauce
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins (if desired)

Preparation

Beat egg.
Add applesauce and oil.
Mix in all-bran.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon into oiled muffin tins.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
(Very moist.)
