Cocoa Brownies(No Saturated Fat - No Cholesterol) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites
1/2 c. Puritan oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray 9 x 9-inch pan with Pam.
Set aside. Place egg whites in large bowl.
Beat with spoon until frothy. Add Puritan oil and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly.
Stir in sugar and cocoa.
Mix well.
Stir in flour and salt until blended.
Pour into pan.
Bake for 22 to 26 minutes.
Avoid overbaking.
Cool completely before cutting.
