Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. lean hamburger meat
6 to 8 cloves garlic, chopped
2 (No. 2) cans tomato puree
1 small can tomato sauce
1 tsp. comino seed
2 pkg. Williams chili mix or 4 to 5 Tbsp. (level) other chili mix
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 to 2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation

Put 1 to 2 tablespoons of shortening in pot and melt; add meat and sear.
Keep stirring until brown.
Add tomato puree and rest of seasoning and cook 2 hours or until done.
Add water as needed.
