Cabbage Casserole(This Is A Great Skillet Casserole Dish.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. whole pork sausage
6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. or more water
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 large head cabbage
1 large onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a large skillet, fry sausage and drain grease.
Fry potatoes with cooked sausage and 1/2 cup water.
Add onion, cabbage, salt and pepper; simmer for 1 hour.
Add more water, if needed.
Serves 6 to 8.
