Frozen White Chocolate Mousse Cake With Raspberry Sauce(8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vanilla wafer cookie crumbs
    3 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
    6 oz. imported white chocolate, chopped (Lindt or Tobler)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    pinch of cream of tartar
    1 1/2 c. chilled whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 oz. imported white chocolate, chopped
    3 Tbsp. chopped pistachios
    Raspberry Sauce (see separate recipe)
Preparation
    Mix crumbs and butter in medium bowl.
    Press into bottom of 8-inch spring-form pan.
    Refrigerate crust while preparing mousse.
