Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash, drained and mashed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. cracker crumbs, divided
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix squash, soup, eggs, cheese, onion, seasonings and 1/2 of cracker crumbs.
    Top with remaining crumbs and drizzle melted butter on top.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole dish.
