Hot Cheesy Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped pecans, sauteed in butter
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese with milk.
    Chop beef in blender.
    Add to cream cheese mixture.
    Add garlic, white pepper, green pepper and onion.
    Add sour cream.
    Mix well.
    Put in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with nuts.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
