Hot Dog Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. tomato ketchup
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 or 4 hot dogs, cut into rings

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and form into a loaf in a shallow pan for a dry loaf or place in a loaf pan for a moist loaf.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in a moderate oven (350\u00b0).
(Children seem to like this meat loaf when they don't like others.)
Serves 12 half-inch slices.
