Fluffy Dilled Carrots And Potatoes - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
3/4 c. peeled and sliced potato or parsnip
1 to 2 Tbsp. skim milk
2 tsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. onion powder
dash of pepper
Preparation

In a saucepan, bring 2 inches of water to boiling.
Add carrots and potatoes or parsnip.
Return to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 25 minutes or until very tender; drain.
