Baked German Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 large eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 to 4 apples, sliced thin
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    cinnamon
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Melt butter in heavy ovenproof skillet. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
    Pour into hot skillet. Bake 15 minutes. Prick bottom of pancake with fork. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 10 minutes longer.
