Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 3/4 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy.
Stir in all ingredients.
Pour in 9-inch deep dish pie crust or 16 tarts.
Bake pie at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Bake tart at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
