Pizza Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 small diced onion
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper
    10 oz. can refrigerator biscuits
    1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion. Stir in tomato paste and seasonings. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
    Place biscuits in muffin tins, greased over bottom and up sides.
    Spoon in 1/4 cup meat mixture. Sprinkle on cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
