Hungarian Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine flour, eggs and salt.
    Add water.
    Beat well until dough is gummy.
    Drop by spoonful into boiling salted water.
    Boil 2 additional minutes.
    Drain, rinse with hot water.
    Fry 2 tablespoons butter until brown.
    Pour over dumplings.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
